No extra added Sugar ? Ohhh yasss…. instead of using any sweetener, the raisins and cranberries added the extra sweet taste in these wholegrain fluffies.

The ideal sunday breakfast for family and friends. The preparation is very easy to handle.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  •  1 cup of whole

     flour

  •  1egg

  •  1 cup of milk (your

     choice)

  •  2 sp. cranberry

  •  2 sp. of raisins

  •  2 small sp. of raw  cacao powder
  •  1 sp. baking  powder
  •  1 small sp.  cinnamon  powder
  •  blueberries &  caramel cream for  topping

Ingredients you’ll need:

  •  1 cup of whole

     flour

  •  1egg

  •  1 cup of milk (your

     choice)

  •  2 sp. cranberry

  •  2 sp. of raisins

  •  2 small sp. of raw  cacao powder
  •  1 sp. baking  powder
  •  1 small sp.   cinnamon  powder
  •  blueberries &  caramel cream for  topping

preparing:

Step1:  mix the whole flour, baking powder, egg and milk until its smooth.

Step2: add the raw cacao powder and cinnamon to the mash.

Step3: stir softly the cranberries and raisins under the mass and leave it resting for 5 minutes.

Step5: heat up a pan with some olive oil (medium level) and add one big spoon of mass to it.

Step6: bake the pancakes covered for 1 minute each side.

add some favourite toppings, jam, nutella, caramel cream or fresh fruits makes it become a super tasty and nutritious breakfast
