How many times have you tried that your Kids eat this greenie thing? This omelette is not just attractive for the eyes, its also super delicious in its sweet taste.

Spinach Omelette can be a breakfast, with bread & butter. Or you can dip it into some quark foods, sauces or even combine with hummus.

Ingredients you’ll need:

 

  •  2 slices black 

     bread

  •  1 ripe avocado

  •  coreander & dill

  •  2 tsp chia seeds

  •  2 tsp olive oil

  •  2 tsp sesame seeds

  •  cranberries

  •  salt-pepper-

     paprika

preparing:

Step1: heat the pan on medium heat.

Step2: blend the 3 eggs with 2 hands full of spinach to a creamy mass.

Step3: add salt, pepper and some nutmeg.

Step5: get the mass into the pre-heatet pan and bake with low heat and covered for 3 minutes.

Step6: move the pan to the side and leave the omelette steam for 3 mins more.

ready to top with sesame seeds and enjoy with some fresh bread
